Question: I was cooking ground beef and found something in my food that looked like little white tubes. what is this?

Is was soft and sticky, not hard. What exactly are fillers? (when they say no fillers or by products added in our meat?)

Those were probably veins. They don't extract all the veins and capillaries from cows when they butcher them.

It is fat, if you touch it its oily... that is why it is better to by ground turkey instead of red meat. It is healthier if you buy things that have an "organic " label on it. Fillers could be other body parts like ears,tail,etc...
